Hands down, Restoration 1 provided the best customer service and service quality for home repair that I have ever received. I highly recommend them. Last year, I contacted Restoration 1 during a very stressful time in my family's life. My elderly father had just been hospitalized, and his house had water damage, mold, and rodent damage that needed remediated. I called and spoke with Elizabeth Plein. From that moment on, she handled everything. Her communication was par excellence. She explained their services and standards, and coordinated every step of the project with me over the phone. This was such a relief, as I lived in another state. I trusted them implicitly and they did not disappoint. They exceeded every expectation and met every need that I had. Restoration 1's service did not end when the physical work at our property was completed. The company is full-service.  Elizabeth continued to support my family as we filed a claim with our homeowner's insurance policy, providing the reports and photos that I needed to submit. Nine months after we initially hired Restoration 1, I again contacted Elizabeth during the sale of my father's house with questions the realtor was asking about their remediation work. Elizabeth and Jason are wonderful people, first and foremost. They care first about their clients, and their client’s wellbeing above all. They refused to take any payment from me when I tried to compensate them for their time on the inspection. They told me exactly what to do, answered many follow up questions, and took time to talk to my son as well when he had follow up questions (his bedroom had some water damage leading to some mold issues) They are super knowledgeable in this field, and put my mind at ease that this was a minor repair job that I could do myself.
